About Me

I am a professional coach who would love to help you design a life you love and so figuring out that next step in your career or business. As a coach, I help women to align their inner values and personal strengths, with career and business choices. I believe that each of us is uniquely gifted to achieve a greater purpose, and I enjoy seeing women flourish as they overcome obstacles and unlock opportunities.

My own purpose-driven journey includes working as a health economist in a corporate environment for ten years, before taking some time off to move across the world, settle our family and making a 180-degree career change. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have completed my qualification as a Certified Professional Coach. I absolutely love this new adventure!
 

My husband and I are happily married, and the parents of two gorgeous girls. While our roots are in South Africa, we now live in the beautiful Lake Macquarie region, just two hours north of Sydney, Australia.
